Do you prefer a more hands-on approach but still want some expert guidance? We also offer mini-consults or sessions to help guide your design process and offer sound advice. Because sometimes you just need a little help from a professional to help get your ideas off the ground.
Renderings help flesh out design concepts that are otherwise abstract when described just using words. Developers use renderings to secure funding for a new build, and homeowners use renderings to reimagine their space before they start demolition. More than just a picture, renderings give you a sense of how a space will feel ,and a greater understanding of how that space will function in real life. FabHab renderings are precise in how they represent site plans, colours, materials, and even furnishings.
After a thorough assessment of the space, we’ll come up with a conceptual design that optimizes its form and function. We also provide a design layout, which is a basic plan that lays out the entire space and its dimensions. Depending on the scope and scale of the project, this design layout may be prepared in conjunction with an Architect.
Once we come up with a basic layout that works for you, we’ll prepare an interior selection schedule. Want to leave it to the experts? Or do you prefer a final say? Clients have the option to accompany us to suppliers and review all the options or we can present a curated selection of finishes to help minimize option overload. Either way works for us. We’ll track all interior choices for you so you’re never left wondering which baseboard or paint colour you chose.
As building progresses, we’ll meet with required trades to conceptualize ideas and ensure installation is according to specifications.
And lastly, furnishings, décor and accessories are also designed, sourced and procured for the final home layout. What’s not to love? We manage it all for you!
